Shipping
Where we ship
We ship to United States (48 contiguous states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or PO boxes. If you need a quote outside that area, email [email protected].
Cost
Shipping is free on every order. The price shown on the product page in US Dollars is the price you pay.
How long it takes
Orders leave our US warehouse within 2 business days. Delivery normally takes a further 3 to 7 business days depending on your state. You receive tracking by email as soon as the label is created.
How it arrives
Our structures are engineered to ship as standard parcels, not freight. Every carton weighs under 50 lb, so there is no delivery appointment to schedule and no pallet left at the end of your driveway. Larger models ship as two or three cartons.
Multi-carton orders. When a product ships in more than one carton, the cartons are labelled “1 of 2”, “2 of 2” and so on, and the printed manual is always in carton 1. Carriers occasionally deliver cartons a day apart — if one has not arrived within 48 hours of the other, email us and we will trace it.
Damage in transit
Inspect the cartons on delivery. If anything is crushed or torn, photograph it before opening and email the photographs to [email protected]. We replace damaged parts free, and you do not need to return anything.
