⚠️ Anchor it. A tall cabinet can tip when the door is open and shelves are loaded. Use the supplied anti-tip bracket to fix the cabinet to a wall or fence post, especially where children play or wind is strong.
1. Before you start
Choose a level, firm spot — paving, decking or compacted gravel. Check the parts list in the manual and lay the panels out by their marked letters.

2. Steel frame
Bolt the four steel uprights to the base frame and feet. Leave bolts finger-tight until the frame is square, then tighten fully.
3. Timber side and back panels
Slide the side and back panels into the frame channels and secure them through the pre-drilled holes. Do not over-tighten into timber.
4. Shelves and tool rack
Fit the shelf supports at the heights you want, lay in the shelves, then fix the long-tool rack in the tall bay.
5. Roof
Fit the roof frame, then fix the corrugated steel roof sheet with the sealing washers facing up. The overhang should fall towards the back.
6. Door, hasp and final check
Hang the door on its hinges, check it closes without rubbing, and fit the steel hasp. Fit the anti-tip bracket. Confirm the cabinet does not rock and no screw tip protrudes inside.
Care
Re-oil exposed timber once or twice a year. Keep fuel, chemicals and lithium batteries out of the cabinet — store them according to their own labels.
